Job description:

We are looking for an excellent communicator and talented content creator to work alongside us.

The role has two primary functions, firstly you will assist in answering customer and client enquiries. Your second role will be to write and produce various content and blog regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. Both roles require a high level of creativity and attention to detail whilst maintaining the company brand, including tone and design.

Duties:

You will be working closely with the business owners providing support to our customers and clients.

Assist daily in updating and managing of a number social media channels.

Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand, content and links.

Run regular social promotions and campaigns, track their success and analyse the results.

To the right candidate there will be the opportunity to expand these roles and take on more responsibilities.

Hours:

The working hours: Days to be agreed Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4.00pm

Provisionally you would be required to work 3 days a week but we expect this to be extended to a full time position after 2 months.

Person requirements

Skills and competencies:

We are looking for someone who is Self-motivated, well organised, flexible and creative.

Although we are a small team and work closely together you should be confident working alone and have the drive and initiative to complete tasks independently. As part of a small team you must be able to multi-task, be adaptable and keen to learn new skills.

The majority of our correspondence is by email, so there is a heavy amount of typing and the ability to type at a reasonable pace is essential. In dealing with international customers and clients, being able to speak a second language, particularly Spanish would be an asset but not essential.

Experience:

Copywriting and design.

Basic photography & videography would be an advantage but more important is an eye for composition, proportion and good design.

Preferred software experience:

Adobe creative suite, Office
