Jeff Kalinoski's Foam-Core Unicorn Build
"I made it out of 5.5mm thick foam core, so I digitally edited the .PDF in CorelDraw, so as to mark 5.5mm offsets from each side of the valley folds, because that way I had lines marked for the 45° bevel cutter (a key piece of equipment).
Then I hot glued it all together, and applied glow-in-the-dark tape to all the vertices. I ended up needing to cut off the tabs for it to mate smoothly, but with the hot glue in the typically oversized 45° bevel channels, it was really sturdy—I'll definitely be able to use it a bunch more times. It was a fun project to work on, and I'm very happy with how it came out—it was a huge hit at the party." - Jeff Kalinoski
