I used this mask for a color study project and was very happy with it. Instructions were pretty clean and once I got going it became easier to assemble. Probably took me about six-seven hours to construct as I work pretty slowly. Used watercolor paper so it wouldn’t warp when painted.
Hi Micah, Fletch here. Thank you for building our masks and sharing this amazing project with us. Your Ram looks amazing! Let us know if we can ever help with anything and have fun on future projects.
This was my first project on one of your models, and it was a pleasant experience, and the result was amazing. Used it for Halloween here in Costa Rica, it was a hit! Would love to make another one some time soon. 100& recommended.
Hi Jose, Fletch here. Awesome first time build! Let us know if we can help anytime and have a blast on future builds. - Fletch
I built this with my 10 year old nephew. He did most of the initial prep (cutting) but I had to do the gluing as it takes more dexterity. He would put the glue and I would just position the piece. Note: For the horns and ears, do not glue the paper stencil as it will show up.
Hi Dominic, What a fantastic mask! Thank you for sharing your experience. It's great to hear that you and your nephew had a blast making together. Helpful build-tips as well. Let us know if we can help any time and have fun on future builds. All the best, Fletch
I loved making this mask. Because the pieces are big, it feels very robust. The building itself took me quite a bit longer than the advice said, mostly because cutting out the pieces took me hours because there are so many. So take your time for this one. After attaching the round headband to the inside of the mask, it balanced well on my head and didn’t feel heavy. I used 300 g/m2 cardboard for the whole mask.
Hi Stefan, Fletch here. Thank you for building our masks and for the feedback. Your tree looks amazing! Keep an eye out for a share in the holiday season and let us know if we can help any time. All the best, Fletch
