I used this mask for a Creativity Workshop about our biggest fears and it received a lot of praise. The assembly was relatively simple once I actually sat down and read the instructions, and there were some minor bumps because of my cutting skills. I definitely would buy another mask from Wintercroft in the future. Keep up the good work!
Beautifull mask, but not my head size.
Hi Frederic, I noticed your comment on our review section about the mask not fitting your head. I’m not sure if the completed mask was too bigger or too small, but either way it’s easy to print the template either larger or smaller. Scaling UP and making the masks bigger is possible although the masks are optimized for home printers – normally A4 or US letter size. Here’s the wording from our FAQ section – I hope it helps: https://wintercroft.com/pages/faq MASK SIZING Will your masks fit an adult? All of our masks are designed to comfortably fit an average adult. Steve designed the masks to go on his own head (he is 6’ 5” tall, with a head circumference of 62cm -ish) so if you're a regular-sized human, you should find the full head masks are quite roomy inside. Can I make the mask smaller so that it fits a child? Yes, you can easily scale down the masks in your printer settings when you print the templates. We found that printing at around 85% of the original size worked well for our 5 year old. Try 90% for a 10 year old? Remember though - no two kids' heads are the same size so be prepared to experiment. My mask turned out really awesome. I didn't want to glue it so I taped it with two sided tape. It was a bit time consuming putting it together but completed it in 1 night. I spray painted it the next night and all the tape let go! The mask fell apart before my eyes. I guess the paint when sprayed is really cold and made the tape fail. I waited til it was dry and then just had to push all the pieces back together again. It amazingly went back together with no problems and stayed together. I won 1st prize for best costume at our staff christmas masquerade party. The only thing that was a drag was that no one could hear me talk so I took the chin pieces off the mask. I had so many people tell me it was amazing. they couldn't believe I made it. I have orders to make more of them for other people. Anyone could make one of these masks. I will be making more for sure. Thanks!
Used this mask for a very strange birthday surprise! Worked out great!
