These plans enable you turn recycled card into an armored Guardian Helmet. Just print the templates on paper, stick them to card, cut them out, match the numbers and attach the parts together. The helmet is scaled to fit an adult with a head circumference of 60cm but you can make smaller helmets by scaling down the templates when you print, check our FAQ page for details. The templates also come with instructions for an internal head band that can be adjusted by moving the fixing points to get a snug fit. The construction principles are the same as our other masks but with this helmet it helps to have a little spacial awareness for the final assembly process. If you can identify and match shapes you will do fine. Please keep in mind that the finished helmet is something that you have made yourself, from card and will not protect your head if you decided to conquer a galaxy whilst wearing it.

  • Supplied as an instant access PDF that you can download and print on any home printer.
  • Choose to build with tape or gluing tabs
  • Robust polygon construction to survive the wildest of parties
  • Ideal for festivals, parties and even weddings!

    Awesome

It is an amazing build, easy to assemble, and the best of all it fits my head like a glove! I will definitely build more of them for my students...

    Almost Perfect!

I made this using the tabbed construction method & had fun the whole time, except figuring out the last stage (attaching the cheek parts). The build & template is solid & impressive! My suggestion is to better mark how to put together the color 2 part, specifically the cheeks because for some reason my dumb brain took me 2 hours to realize I shouldn't stick a-b a-b.

    Guardian Michigan

Cool mask though I struggled a little with the last page of installation...maybe a better way to mark the pieces? Built for my son at College and I used his school colors and he LOVES it. Thanks
